The Missisquoi Historical Society invites everyone to attend its 28th Annual Apple Pie Festival on the grounds of the Missisquoi Museum at 2 River Street in Stanbridge East, Québec on Sunday, September 19th, 2010 from 1:30 p.m. to 4 p.m.
The admission fee, of $8.00 for adults, $3.00 for children 10 years and under, includes apple pie with ice cream, coffee, tea or apple juice, and a visit to the Museum (admission does not include visit to the Walbridge Barn site). Live entertainment, horse drawn wagon ride, antique agricultural equipment display, face painting and petting zoo throughout the day as well.
The Museum opens at 10 a.m. Enjoy a visit to the Museum and a stroll around the historic village of Stanbridge East. Bring a picnic lunch to eat on the Museum grounds or go to the Soup Luncheon beginning at noon at the Memorial Hall. The Apple Pie Festival begins at 1:30 at which time you can eat some of the best apple pie served in the Eastern Townships.

Fund Raising Reception
There will be a fund-raising event on Sunday, May 16th, 2010 from 2-4 p.m. at the Walbridge Barn.
Tickets are available at $100.00 each. Tax receipts will be issued.
Come and have a "sneak peek" at the Walbridge Site while enjoying live entertainment and refreshments!

Launch of 2010 Tourist Season
The Missisquoi Historical Society/Walbridge Barn Site has been chosen by the CLD (Centre Locale de Développement) as the site for the offical launch of the Tourist Season. The launch will be held on Monday, May 17, 2010 from 5 to 7 p.m.
Opening of 2010 Season
The Missisquoi Museum, along with the Walbridge Barn will officially be open on Sunday, May 30th, 2010.
Join us in the "official ribbon-cutting" opening ceremony at the Walbridge Barn site at 1:00 p.m.
